World AIDS Day is celebrated every year on 1 December to make people aware of AIDS and to avoid this serious disease. World AIDS Day is an international day dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection and mourning those who have died of the disease. World AIDS Day Many programs related to this topic were organized such as Jan Jagriti Rally, Awareness Speech, Medical Camp etc. are the most prominent among these programs. AIDS is an epidemic disease caused by infection with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). People all over the world wear red ribbon on this day to express their sentiment towards people suffering from AIDS. The Government of India is also giving it much prominence. Everyone's planned programs and activities should be delivered in advance by e-mail, newspaper, post or via electronic bulletin.
