An Ideal Teacher
Every teacher may have his own shortcomings. An ideal teacher is one who gets most of the things right.In my opinion an ideal teacher should be very loving to the students. The students should not be afraid of him but should rather look up to him for guidance.
He introduces his topic in an interesting and clear manner. He develops it logically. His speech is clear and speed is moderate. He is neither so fast that it becomes difficult to keep pace with his ideas nor is he so slow that it becomes very dull.
He understands the psychology of the students. When he finds that the topic is becoming heavy for the students, he introduces something light and interesting in his teaching. He tries his best to take the whole class with him. He also takes part in extra-curricular activities.
An ideal teacher is respected and loved by the students.
