Ayudha Puja is a Hindu festival which is traditionally celebrated in India. This festival is a part of the Navratri festival. The importance of Ayudha Puja on this occasion may also be due to the fact that on the Vijayadasami day. Ayudha Puja recognizes this functionality and efficacy of tools, objects, and devices we use in our day-to-day life. The festival falls on the ninth day or Navami of the bright half of Moon's cycle of 15 days in the month of September/October, and is popularly a part of the Dasara. On this day, all instruments - big and small - are cleaned and worshipped.
