After which, to avenge the death of his father, Andhakasura by his own force gained his suzerainty over Devaloka. After which Andhakasura attacked Kailash and a fierce battle took place between Lord Shiva and Andhakasura. After which Lord Shiva killed Andhakasura. After the slaughter of Andhakasura, the gods also came to know of their sins.
