It is stated in the scriptures that Lord Krishna's play is in the enjoying ground when Sati Ji's father conducted a yagna and invited all of the gods in it but did not call Shiva. When Sati came to know that my husband did not invite Lord Shiva, she went to her father's house without calling.
When asked her father the reason for not calling her husband, Sati's father said very well for Lord Shiva. On hearing this, Sati could not bear it and I jumped in the fire pit. When the people of the Lord informed Lord Shiva about this incident, he became very distraught and took a burnt body of Sati and roamed right here and started the Tandava.
Shakti Peeth is made of 51 body parts
When the catastrophe of Shiva's catastrophe struck, all the gods panicked and went to the shelter of Lord Vishnu. Swami Kesavanandji Maharaj completed the work of the temple from Vaishnavian tradition by various eminent Vedic Yajnik Brahmins of Banaras, Bengal, and India on 1st February 1923 Maghi Purnima. Along with Mother Katyayani, the idols of Panchanan Shiva, Vishnu, Surya, and Siddhidata Shri Ganesh Ji Maharaj (whose talk is something supernatural "who is aware of what he has found") are also revered in this temple.
The Guru Mandir, Shankaracharya Temple, Shiva Temple, and Saraswati Temple are also seen under the Radhabhag Temple. The main motive for supernaturalism here is that the Sakshata Maa Katyayani Almighty Swaroopani, the grief-stricken, Alhadamayi, Karunamayi is seated with her supernaturalness, while the Siddhidata Shri Ganesh and Ardhdnarishwar (Gaurishankar Mahadev) within the garden are seated holding life and body.
